Course Outline
It is now mandatory for all AMSA certificate holders to hold a Security Awareness Endorsement.
To meet industry demand for this endorsement, AMC have developed Security Awareness Training (SAT) as an online course.
The course is approved by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA), and is open for enrolment.
Upon successful completion of the online course, an AMSA approved certificate will be issued, which will allow you to obtain an endorsement from AMSA.
Learning Outcomes
The course consists of:
- Three (3) learning resource sections (section 1, 2 and 3)
- Three (3) progress checks (progress check 1, 2 and 3)
- One (1) final assessment
In order to progress through sections 1 and 2, candidates are required to complete the progress check and obtain a minimum score of 60%.
Candidates will be advised of their results immediately after the progress check is submitted, once the pass mark has been achieved, the next section will be made available.
