The “Chain of Responsibility (CoR) – Level 3” accredited course will provide members of the senior executive team (such as CEOs, General Managers, Owners and Senior Managers) with the knowledge and skills to ensure compliance in their business or undertakings within their area of control.
Course Objectives
This course provides comprehensive training on the framework of policies, procedures and tools that will help to ensure compliance with chain of responsibility, along with detailed gap analysis, risk assessment and ongoing audit processes. This course is tailored towards Senior management, CEO’s, owner/ operators & Board of Directors.
